Benefits, pricing, eligibility requirements, rewards, and program rules may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.

Memberships may be revoked if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms occur.

Certain Services may require payment.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party providers.

MOOD does not store complete payment card information.

Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges associated with purchases, reservations, memberships, tickets, and related services.

All fees are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Attendance at events is subject to venue rules, security procedures, and applicable laws.

No refunds will be provided where prohibited conduct results in removal from an event.

is owned by or licensed to MOOD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

MOOD may use artificial intelligence, automation tools, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and related technologies to improve user experiences and operational efficiency.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may assist with:

• Reservations
• Customer support
• Recommendations
• Event communications
• Membership services
• Operational functions

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOOD, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Your use of the Services.

MOOD may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
